After my year at № 22,
I could not recommend Spell Houses enough!

The team were fantastic landlords, responded instantly to any minor problems and solved them quickly. They went out of their way to make our experience in the house go as smoothly as possible.

The house was so attentively decorated, with sustainably sourced furniture and lots of useful amenities. The kitchen was full of glassware, crockery, cutlery and utensils and the bedrooms had lots of space for working and storage.

№ 4 is a beautiful property with lots of space. The rooms are larger than any other student accommodation I have seen, whilst still remaining homely.

The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for hosting friends for dinner or drinks. Possibly the best part of the house, that you wouldn’t notice from pictures or looking around, are the people. The landlords are quick to respond and can find a solution to any problems that you may run into. Everyone is friendly and happy to help.

They couldn’t have made us all feel more welcome.

Everyone at Spell ensured that everything constantly ran smoothly, with any issues always being dealt with the very same day – a rarity in student living. The house was spotless and the kitchen had every utensil imaginable on arrival.

Having lived in privately rented and student accommodation before, we can say with confidence that this company and the landlords themselves have been amazing.

We lived in № 5, a quirky little house designed by the landlord himself! The property is gorgeous with lots of ingenious ways to save space!

I cannot recommend this company enough, from communication to getting anything fixed within the house they have always been very transparent and quick in response.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the landlords and Adam for the pleasurable stay we’ve had as a couple in № 5 and for their perfect service. It's always a worry with renting that a house won't feel like a home, but № 5 is so much more.

We are so sad to be moving onto a different property but excited for another couple to experience the magic we did within such a beautiful home.
